At Digital Prayas, we offer professional online services such as digital marketing, website development, app development, branding, and social media marketing etc. As these are service-based and customized projects, refunds are limited and apply only under specific conditions.
1. Project Cancellation & Refund (Before Work Begins)
- A refund is possible only if the client cancels the project before any work has started.
- The client must notify us within 2–3 days of making the payment.
- Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. No Refund After Project Initiation
- Once work has started — including planning, research, designing, development, strategy creation, or any service-related activity — no refund will be applicable.
- This is due to the time, resources, and manpower invested in every service from the beginning of the project.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Website or app design & development
- Social media management
- SEO, branding, and content creation
- Any customized or time-based services
4. Project Termination by Client
If the client decides to discontinue the project mid-way, no refund will be issued. However, all completed work until that point can be shared depending on the payment made.
